In order to improve the quality of the conference，papers with good quality will be accepted and  nominated to publish solely in JACT，which is indexed and abstracted in Cambridge Scientific Abstracts and Mathematical Reviews. SCI indexing is under negotiation.

The publication of post conference proceedings, as described in the call for papers, is now cancelled.
